Chive Blossom Butter

Serves: ¾ cup
  • ½ cup salted butter, softened
  • ¼ cup chopped chive blossoms and chives
  • optional: sea salt
  1. Soften butter at room temperature. Whip with a fork until fluffy.
  2. Wash chive blossoms and chives, patting dry with a clean towel.
  3. Use scissors to finely chop the chive blossoms and chives.
  4. Mix into butter.
  5. Taste and add a pinch of sea salt if needed.
  6. Garnish with a whole blossom
  7. Store in the fridge. Can be rolled into a log and stored in freezer too.
