Back in October, Garrett and I couldn’t be together for Canadian Thanksgiving due to work schedules, which is why I decided to surprise him last night with our own little one.
When he got home, I’d set a little a table with a nice chicken dinner and all the fixin’s!
I made a roast chicken because we didn’t need a whole turkey for two people.
There was also super flavourful gravy.
…and of course potatoes to go with it.

It was a lovely little dinner for two and now we have all these great leftovers! (Whiskey was happy for the scraps too)
