With our daughter Lucy’s first Christmas fast approaching, it’s bringing back all the memories Garrett and I have of our own childhood holidays. I usually have all my Christmas shopping done by early December, but this year I’m realising it’s a little more complicated with a baby and stroller in tow. Which is why I’m really looking forward to doing some shopping at one of the four new Sears Canada design concept stores in Southwest Ontario – Promenade Mall, Mapleview Centre, Stone Road Mall and the Oshawa Centre
Sears Canada is known for their great products at affordable prices, but the new store layouts offer even more to customers. I grew up in a household that did most of our shopping at Sears Canada and I’m loving their fresh and clean updated look, more customer friendly approach and great holiday selection. With a big stroller to push around these days, I greatly appreciate the spacious entrance and centre runway, making it easier to navigate the store.
Between the pregnancy and those first few months with a newborn, I realized it’s been over a year since I bought any new clothes that didn’t involve panelling and elastic. Now that I’ve lost the baby weight, I’m so excited to get a fresh look and I love that Sears Canada has a great selection of quality fashion lines that still fit within our budget.
And of course I’ll be checking out all the Christmas decor for trimming the tree! I always love to add a few pieces to our collection every year and they have some festive decor that fits right in with our farmhouse look. Here are a few of my favourites:
rattan star tree topper // red glass ornaments // woodland critters
red knitted stocking // glass tree // red berries wreath
I’m really looking forward to decorating our house soon, with a wreath, boughs and a festive door mat. #GotItAtSears
For a busy mama and blogger, it’s so helpful to be able to do most of my shopping under one roof! I can check everyone off our gift list, deck the halls and find a few things for me too!
