Autumn Country Family Ontario Video Vlog

A Visit to the Farm {Vlog}

As our own little flower farm ends for the year, it seemed like a great time to get out and enjoy the harvest season on another farm. The folks at Brooks Farm in Mt. Albert, Ontario kindly gave us some tickets to come enjoy their Fall Fun Festival. I’m so glad I was able to capture some video of Lucy enjoying the farm and put it in this week’s family vlog. (You can catch it at the bottom of this post.)

As soon as we got there, she spotted the sheep and ran over yelling “Baaa Baaa”. She’s really started to get into recognizing animals and their sounds this month, so all the farm animals were a huge hit.

Brooks Farm has tons of fun activities for kids and adults alike. Lucy was right into the sandbox, riding cars, pig races, puppet show, train ride, climbing the straw pyramid and going down the slides over and over again.

I even took her on their giant jumping pillow and that got huge belly laughs out of her. She thought it was the best.

We wandered around the corn maze, watched pumpkins get blasted out of cannons and shot some corn cobs out of some smaller ones ourselves.

And of course there was a little stop for some fries to “dip dip dip” in ketchup. Another new skill that she’s into, ha!

I hope you enjoy this week’s vlog. For more videos, don’t forget to subscribe to my YouTube Channel.
