Etsy Gift Ideas Spring

Unique Jewelery

Today it is absolutely gorgeous in Toronto. The sun is out and it is so nice and warm! I think that it is virtually impossible to be in a bad mood when we have beautiful weather. All of this promise of Spring has got me looking at the beautiful nature-inspired jewlery on Etsy today. There are so many great pieces, but here are just a few that caught my eye today (and my wallet). Thankfully they are all under $40.

Leather Feather Earrings
by Dynamic Disco

These leather feather earrings look like they’ve been plucked from a bird, but they are actually hand painted on leather. What a gorgeous piece of statement jewelery that would look just as great with a t-shirt and jeans on a Summer day, as they would with a sharp cocktail dress in the evening. ($24)

Fantasy Necklace
by Beads Story

I love the organic look of this gold plated necklace, with the fine brass chain and the cognac coloured glass flower. Its elegant, but with a modern edge. ($25)

Fold Formed Rings
by Wendy Edsall-Kerwin

This ring is so unique and has a beautiful shape to it, anchored by the rivet. I also love that it is recycled from fold formed copper left over from a project that the artist did for the Super Bowl Challenge 2010. ($40)

Bliss Bracelet
by Beads Story

This bracelet is made by the same artist as the necklace above and I love the colours and simple details. The beautiful brass branch is perfectly accented with a small antique beige lily blossom and a sweet little green leaf. Truly inspired by nature. The delicate details of the branch are offset by the vibrant orange-red agate beads. This is a great piece for everyday, especially in the Spring! ($19)

Real Red Rose Pin
by Lisa Burkin

This one of a kind hair piece features a real, red rose. The artist coated a real rose in poly resin, so it stays in its just-bloomed-state forever. Something about this just seems so romantic to me, like the frozen rose in Beauty and the Beast. It comes on a pin, but you can attach it to a ponytail holder, like above, or wear it as a pendant on a chain. This artist has a variety of flowers avaliable, so be sure to take a look at all the striking pieces that she has to offer. ($40)

No one has asked me to endorse any of these products, they’re just things that I’ve found that have caught my eye. Any pieces that you’ve been drooling over lately?
