Oh Deer!

Earlier this week, on the way home from visiting my Great Aunt Irene and grandparents, we came across an interesting discovery that warranted a quick U-Turn.

Do you see what it is?
A field FULL of deer. Right by a busy road. It was crazy.

Whiskey was quite interested in the deers. And by “interested” I mean he became a loud obnoxious barking fiend. How dare those deer frolic about on his watch.

I guess they caught on to us watching them and got spooked They started heading back towards the woods and we could see all their little white tails dashing away.

It was a lovely, unexpected surprise that was the perfect way to end the long weekend. Seeing all the animals slowly coming out in the winter reminds me that Spring should be on its way soon!
