Costume Halloween

Happy Halloween!

For Halloween, I’ve always gone as something fun and lively.

Last year I was Poison Ivy.

The year before I was a Fortune Teller.

And the year before that I went as a Bumble Bee with my friend Al.

But this year I decided to go as something darker, scarier and, well, dead.

So this is what I wore on Saturday night. Every time I walked past a mirror I got a start. I’m normally pale, but this was a little more extreme.

Even Whiskey was worried about it. I was playing around on Picnik last night and even added some goulish eyes to this pic. So creepy!

Our lovely hostess, Courtney, looked great in this cat costume, complete with little ears that I made for her last minute. I’m so thankfully for my hot glue gun…best tool ever!

I loved Amy’s masquerade costume, and you can’t see it in this photo, but she has a great mask on her head.

This was hands down the best male costume of the night. He was an old school member of the press, complete with his new digital camera (that I couldn’t help drooling over all night). Here are a few snapshots he grabbed of the night:

One Cool Cat!

Garrett’s attempt at making a costume at the party when his own costume failed. He was supposed to go as a zombie using this awesome looking face tattoo we found, but it didn’t work and we didn’t have a backup 🙁

A hot little Robin.

As much fun as this costume was, I think I’m back to the fun and bubbly costumes from now on. This got white makeup EVERYWHERE and the wig reminded me too much of Howard Stern.
Tonight we’re having our own little Monster Movie Marathon and hopefully we’ll get a few little Trick-or-Treaters as well. I just love seeing all their cute little costumes.
Hope you all have a very Happy (and Spooky!) Halloween!!!
