Halloween

Ellen sends Staff through “Walking Dead” Haunted House

I don’t do well with haunted houses/forests/anything. I know that it’s all supposed to be for fun and it’s not real…but I just can’t help but scream like a big baby when someone jumps out at me. I tried to put on a brave face when I knew we were going to one with friends last weekend, but by the time we got there, I was this nervous, shaking mess. My friend Amy and I said we’d stick together because we were the two scaredy cats, but as soon as the first zombie shuffled our way, she let go of me and ran away. I was left to defend myself against an onslaught of overzealous teenagers dressed up as zombies. (Thanks again Amy! Love ya!)

Earlier this month, Ellen sent two of her staff members through The Walking Dead display at Universal Studio’s Halloween Horror Nights. When I saw this video, my heart went out to Andy and Amy…because I’m sure I looked just as terrified when I went through on Saturday. Thankfully there was no camera there. It is absolutely hilarious and you all need to watch it.

Hope you’re all enjoying your final Halloween preparations! I still have a list a mile long that I need to get done before tomorrow, but I’m looking forward to swapping out office attire for a costume (and eating lots of chocolate).

Ha. So not a fan of haunted houses! Probably because I don’t like surprises of any kind much!!
