Spring Cleaning for Houseplants

spring-cleaning-houseplants-after

Spring has finally arrived here in Ontario and it was so nice to open the windows up this weekend to air the farmhouse out. As soon as the warmer weather rolls around we start to think about cleaning up our homes and our cars, but what about sprucing up our houseplants too?

Houseplants are a wonderful way to purify the air and brighten up our homes all year long, and giving them a little love can help keep them going strong. This is a great time of year to replant, prune and clean houseplants as they start to come out of their dormant season. I also love the chance to get my hands dirty while we wait for it to get nice enough to garden outside.

I’m over at Kenarry – Ideas for the Home today sharing how I spruced up some of our houseplants to welcome in the new season.
