Dogs

Whiskey vs. Billie

Remember Billie, the cute Golden Retriever pup that my friend recently got? Well, Whiskey got to go meet her for the first time last week and it was love at first bite.

In the two weeks since I’d seen her, she had grown to already become bigger than him.

This picture pretty much sums up what she was trying to do the entire time – jump over him and grab his ears. But don’t worry, he put up a good fight too from all that practice with Shadow.

Despite all the scratches and teeth marks that she leaves right now, it is really hard not to fall in love with this giant ball of fluff. She is just absolutely gorgeous.

Her latest trick is to knock everything off the shelf of the coffee table and climb through it as a short cut. I even caught her hanging out in there having a nap.

I can’t wait for the day that she either gets to big to go through and gets stuck…or too heavy and breaks it. Hopefully its the first one.

My friend and his bearded buddy (don’t worry, its for a charity thing, he doesn’t normally look like he’s from the early 20th century) hung out on the couch watching the dogs play fight.

And then they decided to get in on the action.

After all their play fighting, the pups finally calmed down. I love this picture because it looks like Billie is telling Whiskey a secret and he’s really listening.  “Psst…I know where they hide the Milkbones!”

Needless to say, after two hours of play fighting and running around the apartment they were a wee bit tuckered out. Whiskey went home and slept that entire evening and night without a peep. Maybe they should play together more often!

That is too cute! Just like little kiddies. The one of Billie’s booty in the coffee table is TOO funny!
P.S. I didn’t know you were friends with Shaun White. 🙂

    Happy Weekend!
