Friends Party Wedding

A Wild Cowgirl Night Out

This weekend my friend Sadie (left) is getting married! I can’t wait to see her walk down the aisle in her beautiful dress. In celebration of her upcoming wedding, a big group of girls headed out for a cowgirl themed bachlorette party this past Saturday.

Plaid was mandatory! Sadie with her beautiful bridesmaids who put on a wonderful, fun and crazy night out.

Sadie was all dolled up for a big country night out, complete with a veiled white cowboy hat, and plenty of bride-to-be bling.

I love the “Bride” rhinestones on her hat.

My dancing partner in crime for the night was Amy, including our own little rendition of “Goodbye Earl”.

A country Bachlorette party wouldn’t be complete without riding the mechanical bull for a little while. Go Sadie Go!

I gave it a whirl too, but between all the Jell-o shots and dancing, I had no ability to stay on for longer than 4 seconds each ride. Better luck next time!

Some of the girls caught onto it pretty quickly and had no problems staying on for the long haul.

Or at least awhile!

Everywhere you looked there was just so much plaid! I felt at home!

It was great meeting so many of Sadie’s friends and hanging out. These sisters were a real blast, and the one of the left is the talented genius behind the incredible birthday cake that Amy had this year. I’m looking forward to seeing what she does with the wedding cake this weekend!

The number one thing that we did all night was dancing….and lots of it! This is us up on the bar, probably singing along to something by Shania Twain or Big & Rich.

It was a fantastic night to celebrate the next step in a friend’s life. I’m so happy for you, Sadie, and all the wonderful things that you have coming to you! Yeehaw!
