As many of you may have noticed, I’m a huge fan of fitness. I enjoy biking, swimming, running, weight training, exercise classes – you name it! Seeing as this is a blog that talks about things I enjoy doing, it seemed about high time to add a Fitness page. You can now see a button to the new page on the panel to the left.
I’ve already done posts on starting the Couch to 5K, my favorite Bedtime Yoga routine, The Couch Potato Workout, trying to do Yoga with a dog around, participating in this year’s ZooRun, enjoying Hot Yoga in the winter and struggling with a sore butt after my first Spin Class, and now I’m looking forward to sharing some new adventures in fitness because I’m pleased to announce that after the success of last year’s Fall Fitness Challenge, I’m starting up a Spring Shape Up this year!
Kicking off this Sunday, I’ll be doing weekly posts about how to get back into gear for the warmer months. There will be fun workouts to try, inspiring stories, motivaing playlists, delicious healthy recipes and some fun giveaways too! Dust off those sneakers and get ready to join me!
