Recipe

Pink Fluff

Recently I’ve been experimenting with finding fun post-workout snacks that are not only easy to make, but taste delish. In the end, it was this little packet of sugar-free jello that gave me some inspiration.

I decided to make my own variation on Pink Fluff. Usually this is a dessert full of cherry pie filling, condensed milk, crushed pineapple and cool whip, but I was looking for something a little lighter and still packed with flavour. In the end, this super easy recipe fit the bill. I used cherry flavoured jello, but I’ve also found its great with strawberry or orange.

What you’ll need:
1 packet of Sugar Free Jello (whichever flavour you prefer)
1 cup Hot Water
1 cup Cottage Cheese

Prepare jello with only ONE cup of hot water. Put in fridge for 1-2 hours or until set.

Add jello and cottage cheese to food processor. It may look odd right now, but trust me it gets good (The boyfriend has been known to even eat it like this with everything all chunky. I think he needs a food processor asap)

Blend until creamy. Try not to eat it all right out of the food processor.

This is one of my favorite post workout snacks now. I can’t wait to try more flavour combinations!

Make two 1 cup servings.
