This weekend we’re heading over to my uncle’s house for Easter Sunday. When I asked him what to bring, he suggested a dessert. Now is there is one thing that I love to make, it’s dessert – especially for holidays.
But sometimes it can be hard to come up with something on the spot. In case any of you out there are like me, and could use a little Easter dessert inspiration, here are some of my favourite Easter/Springtime desserts.
Carrot Cake Cupcakes (or make it into a cake!)
