Christmas Holidays Recipe

Sparkly Chocolate Fudge Cookies

sparkly-chocolate-fudge-cookies-christmas

Baking around the holidays is always one of my favourite traditions. I try to make it feel special by playing some Christmas music, making a big mug of tea and putting on my favourite Christmas apron. I have some Christmas cookie recipes in my Holiday Guide and these Sparkly Chocolate Fudge Cookies are sure to become a family favourite around here. They’re  crunchy on the outside with a chewy brownie-like centre and a sparkly sugar touch that makes them look extra festive. They’re a great cookie for a holiday cookie exchange, as a hostess gift or for putting out on Christmas Eve for Old St. Nick.

The best part is that you can make the dough ahead and just pop them in the oven when you need warm Christmas cookies. I’ve made a couple batches of these to keep in the freezer for when company stops by over the holidays. I’m sharing the recipe on Kenarry – Ideas for the Home, so head over for all the details on how to make these delicious cookies for yourself.
