New Years

Out With The Old…

2009 was a pretty overwhelming year full of ups and downs. In the past twelve months I’ve lost my beloved boss to brain cancer, taken over running his company, moved my office across the city, travelled to the Greek Islands, adopted Whiskey, roadtripped through Quebec and Maine, started this blog, broke up with my boyfriend of two years and started looking for my own film to produce.

And then to finish off the year in style, my office flooded at 7 a.m. on Christmas morning, which means that I’ve spent most of the vacation going back and forth from the city to my parents place, and logging in a lot of hours on the phone chatting with the Insurance guys.

So I’m looking forward to a new year with new possibilities. I’m very blessed and have wonderful friends, a family that loves me, a good job, my own little apartment and the best little pup you could find – and those are the things that get you through the harder times.

Here’s hoping that 2010 brings all of you lots of happiness and success!
