The weather here has been amazingly warm – as in record breaking heat wave for this time of year. Its hard to believe that we were covered in a snow storm only two weeks ago and today I’m out in shorts and a t-shirt. This weather is the perfect motivator to get back into getting active outdoors and eating healthy.
After a workout at the gym and a nice walk around the neighbourhood, Garrett and I whipped up our first batch of Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothies for 2012. I forgot how amazing these things were and I can’t wait to start having them for breakfast more now that the mornings aren’t so chilly.
