I liked it served it up with fresh Ontario strawberries, pineapple and Golden Oreos. Yum!
Cannoli Dip

Ingredients
- 2-1/2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl with a hand mixer, beat ricotta and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and vanilla; mix until well blended.
- Stir in chocolate chips. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
- Serve with strawberries, pineapple, vanilla cookies or waffle cones broken into "chips".

Thanks for coming by W&M today! I was born in NJ and have an Italian mom, so cannoli is in my DNA! I love the idea of cannoli dip! I mean, LOVE IT! We used Golden Oreos for dipping, but you could use broken pieces of waffle cone or cannoli shell to make it feel a little more authentic.
