Christmas Craft Tutorial Holidays

Festive Frosted Candles

It’s so easy to get swept up in the busyness of the season and forget to savour and enjoy this time of year. Earlier this month I shared some of the ways I like to destress during the holidays and one of the things I’d mentioned was focusing on the senses. I love to craft and create, especially during the holidays, and taking the time to do that, with some music playing or a favourite Christmas movie in the background, always gets me in the holiday spirit. This year I decided to transform some simple pillar candles into sparkly luxe Festive Frosted Candles, using something most of us already have in our medicine cabinets – epsom salt!

This is an easy craft that you can use in your own decor (catch it in my Farmhouse Christmas Tour tomorrow!) or package up as a gift. They make great hostess gifts or you can do them with your kids as a handmade gift for their teachers as well. Stop by Kenarry – Ideas for the Home to get all the details on how I made these Festive Frosted Candles.
